Marist Youth Care is a not-for-profit agency focused on helping at risk young people and their families. MYC has a strong commitment to the employment of Aboriginal staff and over the past three years has implemented an Aboriginal Trainee Support Worker Program through which 10 new staff are recruited each year. This program has an 83% retention rate overall.
