Perhaps to avoid complacency and boredom a Fellowship program could be instituted where prospective Aboriginal employees could rotate on a quarterly or even 12month basis to give them exposure to a variety of career options. The potential is greatly enhanced for a candidate for full-time employment to make a well informed , educated decision on the career path they really desire rather than be locked into a role without really knowing what is out their and what their full potential may be. This would require investment and cooperation across industry groups with perhaps some class time in conjunction with a TAFE or University. I would be delighted to assist in some way.
