Hi. I just wanted to say that I think a better system is needed to get people off welfare payments and in to work. There are many reasons why this is difficult to do. Usually when people go in to work they are payed less than what they would recieve in welfare payments so they stay on the payments. A lot of people find it very difficult to get in to the work force because of pressures in the work place. Because of this I strongly urge a more effective and holistic process in transitioning people from welfare to the work force.
