1. All young people need to feel valued. If they cannot get a job as no potential employer will give them a go, it will build resentment and fuel problems in society.
2. I work with indigenous people in training - it is important that indigenous people are not sent to do one course after another and still no employer is prepared to give them a go. Same result as above.
3. Industry needs to be encouraged and supported in employing both young people and indigenous people of all ages for a healthy society.
