GenerationOne is seeking feedback on ideas to create sustainable Indigenous employment through pre-employment and job specific training. We seek your feedback on the ideas outlined in this discussion paper on skills and training for a long-term job.

The information contained in uploaded submissions, and gathered during our consultation process across communities in Australia, will be made public unless you indicate you wish your submission or input should remain in confidence.

GenerationOne have, in principle, secured support for this approach at the last federal election. We will be going back to both the Government and Opposition with a detailed policy and seeking action.

GenerationOne aims to deliver a final policy paper to Government before the end of 2011.
