GENERATION ONE and the Australian School of Performing Arts are inviting all Australian schools to get involved in the Hands Across Australia School Competition. The national competition aims to raise awareness and get young Australians actively involved in the initiative to end indigenous disparity in one generation this generation. The Hands Across Australia
School Competition encourages schools to perform and film their own version of the GenerationOne theme song Hands Across Australia. or create their own song or rap which addresses their response to indigenous disparity. Winners of each category will receive $15,000 for their school. Every school in Australia will receive a competition pack, which includes classroom resources for teachers.
